The updated Guides are available on the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) Tax Assessor-Collectors Hub webpage at https://www.txdmv.gov/tax-assessor-collectors. The guides can be found on the bottom left side of the page under “Guides.” Below is a screenshot showing the location of the guides.
