Updated Forms and Plate Guide

The following specialty license plates will be available for purchase on July 25, 2022:

• Abilene Christian University
• Texas Parks and Wildlife Department – Roadrunner

The following documents have been updated to reflect the new plate availability:

• Specialty Plate Guide
• Souvenir Plate Order Form (Form VTR-998)
• Application for Specialty License Plates (Form VTR-999)

The updated Guides are available on the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) Tax Assessor-Collectors Hub webpage at https://www.txdmv.gov/tax-assessor-collectors.  The guides can be found on the bottom left side of the page under “Guides.”  Below is a screenshot showing the location of the guides.
