Over the weekend of August 26, 2023, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles
(TxDMV) will update the webDealer System with Release 23.4 which contains the
content summarized below.
Enhancements:
webDealer:
• House Bill (HB) 3288: Required Data for Vehicle Transfer Notification (VTN)
• Senate Bill (SB) 505 Electric Vehicle (EV) Fees
• Ability for County to Filter Transactions
• Ability for County to Add or Delete VIN Certification Waived Remark when Reviewing
Transactions
• Ability for CFBs to Process Title Applications for Additional Vehicle Types
• Motorcycle/Moped Only Disclaimer on Buyer Tag
