webDEALER Dealer User Guide Update

An update to the webDEALER Dealer User Guide (attached) is now available through the webDEALER resources for Dealers and Commercial Fleet Buyers link on the webDEALER support tab and at www.txdmv.gov/dealers. Version 4.1.1 of the webDEALER Dealer User Guide incorporates the changes introduced in the webDEALER eTAG Addendum 4.0.0 and the webDEALER Dealer User Guide Addendum 4.1.0.
