Initial Notification: RTS Issue (6/11/2018 @ 5:41 PM)

Good afternoon,

The RTS system is currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues which may cause a limited number of users to experience issues closing out their workstations. Support staff are working to identify and resolve the issue. An update will be sent with closeout instructions once the issue is resolved.

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 183894
