Motor Carrier Credentialing System (MCCS) and the Electronic Licensing, Insurance and Credentialing (eLINC) system back online

The Motor Carrier Credentialing System (MCCS) and the Electronic Licensing, Insurance and Credentialing (eLINC) system are back online after today’s outage. Online customer self-service is again available.

You may contact the MCCS/eLINC call center at 1-800-299-1700, option 3 for assistance.

The TxDMV regrets the earlier inconvenience.
