The Motor Carrier Credentialing System (MCCS) and the Electronic Licensing, Insurance and Credentialing (eLINC) system are offline for technical reasons. This means that online customer self-service is temporarily unavailable.

You may contact the MCCS/eLINC call center at 1-800-299-1700, option 3 for more information.

The TxDMV regrets the inconvenience.
