Resolved: DV Plate Inventory (09/22/2022 @ 8:30 PM)

Good evening,

TxDMV IT Support staff discovered the cause of the earlier reported issue for counties receiving an “Inventory item number computed is invalid.” error message when attempting to process DV plates in the special plates application.

We are happy to report that the issue is now resolved.
