UPDATE Notification: RTS Unavailable (07/02/2025 @ 12:10 PM)

Good afternoon,

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles has received reports that RTS is unavailable for some
counties. Support staff are working to resolve the issue.

Some counties experienced a vendor related internet outage earlier this morning.  TxDMV
staff are working directly with those counties and the vendor to restore their services as soon
as possible.
