Initial Notification: Cognos System Maintenance (5/12/2021 @ 7:00PM)

Good afternoon,

On Wednesday, May 12, 2021, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will be performing Cognos system maintenance. The duration of the maintenance is scheduled for up to an hour and a half beginning at 7:00PM lasting until 8:30PM. During the maintenance window users may experience intermittent connectivity issues.

Note: A reply to all will be sent when the maintenance is complete. Please contact the TxDMV Customer Relations department if you experience system issues after the end of the maintenance window.
