Initial Notification: eLICENSING System Performance Degradation

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles vendor Salesforce has reported that eLicensing users may be experiencing issues with some functionality that is not available or running at less than optimal performance.

Salesforce support staff are working to resolve the issue.
