Initial Notification: eTAG/webDEALER Issue (09/04/2018 @ 10:25 AM Central Time)

Good morning,

An issue has been reported with the eTAG/webDEALER system. Users are unable to look up VINs which are not already in the system. Support staff are working to resolve the issue. An update will sent by noon (09/04/2018) or as additional information becomes available.

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 194920
