Initial Notification: RTS Release 23.4.1 (09/13/2023 @ 4:30 PM)

Good afternoon,

Over the evening of Thursday, September 21, 2023, the Texas Department of Motor
Vehicles (TxDMV) will update the RTS System starting at 10:00 PM, lasting up to 
11:59 PM.  During the deployment window, you may experience intermittent 
connectivity issues when accessing the RTS System. 

Note: A notification update will be published after the RTS deployment is completed.
