Resolved: NMVTIS Inquiry Report Delayed (08/29/2023 @ 8:08 AM)
Good afternoon,
The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is aware of a display issue in webDEALER
on the Payments Completed page. When transactions are approved only one payment is
created as it should; however, the Payments Completed page shows the same payment for
each transaction that was part of the payment group. For example, if there was a payment
group for 10 title transactions, the Payments Completed page reflects the same payment
10 times.
Counties can continue to process payments in webDEALER and this display issue should not
impact end of day balancing.
We will provide an update once this issue has been resolved.
We apologize for the inconvenience or any impact on you and your customers.
Thank you,
Texas Department of Motor Vehicles
IT Services Division

Good afternoon,
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is experiencing issues that are preventing
inspections from being saved to the database. Due to this situation, Texas Department
of Motor Vehicle customers will need to renew their vehicle’s registration
at their county office enabling clerks to manually verify the customer’s paperwork.
The DPS currently has no estimated time of resolution.
