Over the weekend of February 26, 2021, TxDMV will need to perform emergency maintenance on RTS. This will impact webDealer/eTAG, webSALVAGE, webSUB, and eTitle. Users may experience intermittent connectivity issues between 7pm Friday, February 26, 2021 and 8am Monday, March 1, 2021.

The scheduled eLicensing Release 9.9.2 was not deployed last weekend due to electrical outages caused by the winter storm. The eLicensing updates have been rescheduled for this weekend, February 26, 2021, starting at 10:00 PM Saturday (2/27/2021) through 7:00 AM Sunday (2/28/2021). During the deployment of the new release you may experience intermittent connectivity issues

As a reminder, if you are unable to print buyer’s tags, you should use your pre-printed Internet Down tags. Every dealer is allowed a minimum of 30 Internet Down tags. Please remember that after using an Internet Down tag, you must enter the information for that tag into webDEALER as soon as the system is accessible. Doing this, will ensure you always have the full allocation of unused Internet Down tags available when you need them. Internet Down tags are valid for one year from the date they are printed.

Winter Storm Recovery

Due to the daily RTS data purge, the 2/12/2021 data used in the CountyWide Report and the Batch Inventory Action Report will only be available until midnight tonight, 2/22/2021 11:59 PM.
In the event that these reports need to be reproduced for 2/12/2021 data, please do so today.
To rerun the 2/12/2021 reports, use RTS POS and run the CountyWide Report and Inventory Action Report (Batch Inventory Action Report).
