The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) has adopted amendments to Ch. 206, Subchapter, E concerning advisory committees. The adopted language is attached and is also available on TxDMV’s website at https://www.txdmv.gov/general-counsel/proposed-and-adopted-rules.
The adoption became effective on August 29, 2019 and the changes are included in the Texas Administrative Code at http://texreg.sos.state.tx.us/public/readtac$ext.viewtac.
