TxDMV published a rule proposal in the April 22, 2022, issue of the Texas Register.

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) has proposed new §211.6 in the April 22, 2022, issue of the Texas Register. The proposal addresses fingerprint requirements for licensing applicants for and holders of a general distinguishing number under Transportation Code Chapter 503 for all dealer types under Transportation Code §503.029(a)(6). The proposal was published in the April 22, 2022, issue of the Texas Register. The proposal is posted for public comment until 5:00 p.m. on May 22, 2022.
