TxDMV published adoptions in the April 29, 2022, issue of the Texas Register

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) has adopted rules in the April 29, 2022, issue of the Texas Register. The adopted language is available on TxDMV’s website at https://www.txdmv.gov/general-counsel/proposed-and-adopted-rules-2021

The adoptions include:

• new §208.13 concerning a family leave pool, effective May 8, 2022
• emergency rule §215.505 concerning denial of access to the temporary tag system, effective April 14, 2022.
