An issue has been identified with an Adobe software update that is preventing some user’s from printing. Support staff are working to update all impacted workstations. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you or your customers.
This is the highest priority for TxDMV support staff, and all additional resources have been engaged to assist. The Adobe update impacted each workstation differently, and the time it takes to fix each workstation varies. Due to this circumstance an estimate on updating all workstations is not available at this time.
An update will be sent by 5:00 p.m. today (5/21/2019).
