Good afternoon,
Counties are approving and recording payments in webDEALER but these payments
and the associated transactions are not reflecting on the Payments Completed page
as expected. The transactions do continue to update to RTS and reflect as Approved
in webDEALER.
While Support Staff is working on a permanent fix, IT Support will create the payment
transactions that have processed, but are missing from webDEALER. A note will
appear on these transactions as “Created by TxDMV”.
Counties may continue to approve and record payments in webDEALER. We ask that
Counties NOT void transactions with missing payments so the payment records can
be created.
We will provide an update once the permanent fix is implemented.
