UPDATE Notification: Recorded Payments not Reflecting on the Payments Completed Page in webDEALER (06/27/2023 @ 4:25 PM)

Good afternoon,

We continue to work on resolving the payment issue with Counties approving and
recording payments in webDEALER and the payments associated to those
transactions not reflecting on the Payments Completed page.  The transactions do
continue to update to RTS and reflect as Approved in webDEALER.

While Support Staff is working on a permanent fix, IT Support will create the payment
transactions that have processed, but are missing from webDEALER.  The reference
number format for these transactions will reflect as P##### YYYY-MM-DD for Dealers
or C###### YYYY-MM-DD for Commercial Fleet Buyers.  After selecting the reference
number hyperlink from the Payments Completed page, a note will appear on these
transactions under the Payment Details as “Created by TxDMV”.

Counties may continue to approve and record payments in webDEALER.  We ask that
Counties NOT void transactions with missing payments so the payment records can
be created.

We will provide an update once the permanent fix is implemented.
