The issue with the RTS system has been identified. Users are unable to look up VINs which are not already in the system such as New and Out-Of-State Vehicles. Support staff are working to resolve the issue. Another update will be sent by 11:00 AM (09/04/2018) Central Time or as additional information becomes available.
