An issue at AT&T has been identified that impacts multiple RTS office locations and prevents users from logging onto the system or causes slow performance. Support staff are working with AT&T to resolve the issue. An update will be sent by 12:00 PM Central Time today (07/17/2018) or as more information becomes available.
