Update: Network issue (07/17/2018 @ 12:15 PM Central Time)

Good afternoon,

The network issue has been identified as a major incident at AT&T that impacts telecommunication circuits across certain areas of Texas.  Counties known to be impacted include but are not limited to the following:  Val Verde, Medina, Sabine, Hardin, Hildalgo, Harris and Bexar. An update will be provided as more information becomes available.

The statewide ticket number for this issue is: 188634
