Resolved: Charge Fee for Correct Title Rejection in RTS POS (02/21/2023 @ 08:20 PM)

Good evening,

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) issue where registration
fees are being charged when doing a Correct Title Rejection with an ownership
evidence code of “Out of State” in Registration and Title System (RTS) 
Point-of-Sale (POS) has been resolved.
