TxDMV publishes a rule adoption in the November 12, 2021, issue of the Texas Register.

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) has adopted rules in the November 12, 2021, issue of the Texas Register. The adoption addresses specialty license plates and parking placards for vehicles of certain disabled veterans (effective January 1, 2022).
