TxDMV webDEALER/eTAG & eLICENSING Issues

TxDMV is experiencing issues that are impacting certain functions of our webDEALER/eTAG and eLICENSING systems.  Some customer self-service functions are temporarily unavailable.

Main functions impacted:

• Resetting passwords using Forgot Username and Forgot Password links
• Creating New Users
• Creating New Accounts

We are working on the issue and will notify you when it is resolved.
