As a reminder, if you are unable to print buyer’s tags, you should use your pre-printed Internet
Down tags. Every dealer is allowed a minimum of 30 Internet Down tags. Please remember that
after using an Internet Down tag, you must enter the information for that tag into webDealer
as soon as the system is accessible. Doing this, will ensure you always have the full allocation of
unused Internet Down tags available when you need them. Internet Down tags are valid for one

This is a reminder that on the evening of December 8, 2022, the Texas Department of
Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will update the webDealer (eTAG) System (during non-business
hours) starting at 10:30 PM until approximately 12:00 AM midnight.
• What: 23.1.2 Release
• When: December 8th, 2022, 10:30PM
• Impacted: Dealers, Converters that use webDealer’s eTAG Services
• NOT Impacted: Motorcycle Temporary Tags.
(The new design will be applied to these on a future date.)
• Summary of Changes: Temporary Tag Redesign
○ Buyer, Vehicle, Agent, Converter, and Internet Down Temporary Tags
As a reminder, if you are unable to print buyer’s tags, you should use your pre-printed Internet

(GDN) Motor Vehicle Dealers List.
The Dealer lookup issue is now resolved. A fix was implemented this morning, 11/23/2022,
shortly after 11:00 AM. Dealer lookup table has now been restored to normal functionality.

TxDMV is aware of issue with the ability to select all receipts for printing in WebDEALER.
Support staff are working on a hot fix for this issue.
Business Impact
• The select all “Action” checkbox is not selecting receipts for printing.
Workaround
• The user can select each checkbox per receipt to print all.
