Good afternoon,
Based on deployment activities around the recent RTS 10.2.0 Release, some Texas by Texas (TxT) files became corrupt, thereby causing issues with our payment status process. As a result of these issues, some paid transactions did not correctly indicate PAID status. These issues were resolved yesterday, Wednesday, September 8, 2021. Most paid transactions now indicate correct payment status in the TxT system.
Some incorrect transactions remain and will need to be processed to indicate correct payment status. These transactions will be processed in this evening’s batch process. While some County transaction reports remain inaccurate, transactions should indicate correct payment status by tomorrow morning.
Following tonight’s batch run and beginning tomorrow morning, we ask that the counties review those days which indicate inaccurate transactions. Please compare those transactions against tomorrow’s reports, and verify those transactions show up appropriately and indicate correct payment status.
Thank you,
Texas Department of Motor Vehicles
IT Department
