Some records that were submitted on Thursday, March 4th have the Previous Owner Name as “STEPHEN BANDA AUTOMALL’. These can be viewed under Documents on the title preview
There are two ways to correct this.
A County user needs to return the transaction to the Dealer.
Have the Dealer edit the “Evidence of Ownership and Supporting Documents” in the Title Preview for the Title application.
A County user needs to void the approved Web Dealer Title Transaction in Web Dealer or RTS-POS.
Have the Dealer edit the “Evidence of Ownership and Supporting Documents” in the Title Preview for the Title application.

It has been reported that some webDEALER users are showing a different DBA name in the drop down box. Support staff are working to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and any impact on you or your customers.
As a reminder, if you are unable to print buyer’s tags, you should use your pre-printed Internet Down tags. Every dealer is allowed a minimum of 30 Internet Down tags. Please remember that after using an Internet Down tag, you must enter the information for that tag into webDEALER as soon as the system is accessible. Doing this, will ensure you always have the full allocation of unused Internet Down tags available when you need them. Internet Down tags are valid for one year from the date they are printed.

Reports à Reprint Reports Click Batch à Click Substation Summary Batch à Use the date of 02/28/2021 à Click Enter
For the Title Package Report, please run it on-demand manually.
For the Inventory Action Report, please run it on-demand manually.

The TxDMV Data Center Services (DCS) vendor is working to resolve statewide technical difficulties that are affecting all state agencies when processing payments. Due to this issue all TxDMV applications and webservices are unable to process payments at this time.

Good afternoon,
Over the weekend of February 26, 2021, TxDMV will need to perform emergency maintenance on RTS. This will impact webDealer/eTAG, webSALVAGE, webSUB, and eTitle. Users may experience intermittent connectivity issues between 7pm Friday, February 26, 2021 and 8am Monday, March 1, 2021.
