Beginning September 29, 2025, TxPROS will offer a new shopping cart payment feature. This enhancement will allow customers to add multiple permits to their “shopping cart” and pay for them in a single transaction. Permits eligible for self-issuance will still have the option to immediately submit payment when the permit is ready to be issued. As part of this update, TxDMV will no longer accept payment for permits by phone. If You Place a Phone Order or Submit a Permit Request to the Motor Carrier Division (MCD) to Process
Payment Deadline Payment must be submitted by midnight the day the permit is added to your cart, or the permit will be removed from the cart. Need Help?

Due to a Shared Technology Services (STS) data center outage, which resulted in critical system issues,
the RTS report generation process did experience intermittent connectivity over the last couple of days.
This may have resulted in some delayed reporting. Therefore, the report generation processes may not
have run successfully. If you are experiencing reporting issues, please follow these steps.
General Reporting Instructions:

Inventory Action Report
1. Go to Inventory > Inventory Action Report
2. Enter 09/10/2025 or 09/11/2025 as the report date
Title Package Report
1. Go to Reports > Title Package Report
2. Enter 09/10/2025 or 09/11/2025 as the report date
If you are having issues balancing to your County-Wide or Substation Summary Report for 9/10/2025
or 9/11/2025, please use Cognos Week/Month-To-Date Fees Report for those dates.

2 Funds Remittance Report
3 Week/Month TO Date Fees Report
4 IRP Transmittal Invoice Report
We expect the reports will be available by tomorrow morning.
