Update: RTS network issue (06/12/2018@ 3:00 PM)

Good afternoon,

Support staff continue to work with AT&T to identify the issue that is impacting multiple RTS office locations and preventing users from logging into the system. An update will be sent by the end of business today (06/12/2018) or as more information becomes available.


The statewide ticket number for this issue is: 184073
