Support staff are working on a hot fix for this issue.
Business Impact
• The select all “Action” checkbox is not selecting receipts for printing.
Workaround
• The user can select each checkbox per receipt to print all.

Temporary Tag Design News Release
Good afternoon,
We are aware that some users are having issues logging in to webDealer. Support
staff has identified the issue and a fix is scheduled to be released after business
hours tomorrow, 11/17/2022.
An update will be sent once the login issue has been resolved.
We apologize for the inconvenience and any impact on you or your customers.
As a reminder, if you are unable to print buyer’s tags, you should use your pre-printed Internet
Down tags. Every dealer is allowed a minimum of 30 Internet Down tags. Please remember that
after using an Internet Down tag, you must enter the information for that tag into webDealer
as soon as the system is accessible. Doing this, will ensure you always have the full allocation of
unused Internet Down tags available when you need them. Internet Down tags are valid for one
year from the date they are printed.

TxDMV has implemented the fix for 72hr/144hr Temporary Permits in RTS Point of
Sale (POS) on 11/15/2022 at 10:00 PM. The fix for Online Temporary Permits will be
implemented tonight, 11/16/2022, after business hours.
Resolved:
• Temporary Permits at County Office (RTS Point of Sale)
Pending Fix (11/16/2022 @ 10:00 PM) / Workaround:
• Pending Fix: Temporary Permits Online
• Workaround: you can obtain a Temporary Permit at your County Office

• Added a Maximum Date Range on eTAG Reports
• Provide an Indication that an eTAG Report Request Was Submitted
• A User Cannot Open Multiple Instances of the Same Application
• Users Session will Time Out After a Specified Idle Time
• System Requires the User to Re-enter Login Credentials Based on Time in Use
• If User Permissions are Modified, User is Logged Out and Must Re-Enter Credentials
• Added Inspection Verification for Buyer Tags
• Show only the DBA as a Selection in webDEALER and eTAG
• Renewal Recipient Information is Disabled for Apportioned Transactions

Good afternoon,
TxDMV will be conducting scheduled workstation maintenance beginning the evening
of Friday, November 11, 2022, starting at 11:59 PM lasting up to 10:00 AM on Sunday,
November 13, 2022. Your office has been identified as having some workstations subject
to this maintenance.
Once the scheduled maintenance begins, identified workstations in your office will be
remotely scanned by Austin HQ over the course of the weekend. Those workstations
may/may not receive updates from Austin HQ depending on current update status on
the workstation.
We ask that you leave your workstations powered on over the weekend so that Austin HQ
can determine whether certain workstations in your office may/may not require updates.
