Motor Carrier Credentialing System (MCCS) Credit Card Issues

The TxDMV’s Motor Carrier Credentialing System (MCCS) is experiencing issues in processing some credit card transactions. Please do not make multiple attempts to process your payment. We will notify you once the issue is resolved. 

You may contact the Credentialing staff at 1-800-299-1700, options 3-4-3, for more information.

TxDMV regrets any inconvenience. 

We will send out a notification when the MCCS payment portal issue is resolved.
